By default, all agent-related data—including prompts, embeddings, and outputs—remains inside your infrastructure or your isolated cloud instance.

If hosted in our managed cloud:

  • Each client receives a single-tenant deployment (no shared memory or compute).
  • Data encryption is applied in transit and at rest.
  • Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel for support purposes only.

We follow best practices in infrastructure security and can implement compliance-aligned safeguards including HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2 readiness upon request.

 

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access or correct the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to contractual obligations).
  • Request an export of your data, if applicable.
